Sometimes HUMOR is the ANSWER

Have you ever wonder how some partners deal with relationship stress? Apparently, using humor to cope with stress in the relationship is the answer to partners dissatisfaction and the key to success. Like we say in the blog, Smiles for Miles! A 2013 study applied the Transactional Theory of Emotion and Coping on 244 college students who were recruited to complete a questionnaire, and found that positive humor use by dating partners in long distance relationships has three positive impacts:

1. Humor results in greater coping efficiency.
2. It reduces levels of relationship stress.
3. Increases overall relationship satisfaction.

Now that you have the evidence. What are you waiting for? Make your partner laugh!
